Presidents Message:

MFHOA President

Jackie Johnson

Dear Neighbors,

We extend our heartfelt sympathy to the families in our community who have recently experienced loss. Our deepest condolences go to the Brown and Monroe families on Sparkleberry Blvd. for the passing of their loved ones, Mr. Kevin Brown and Mr. Leonard Newton. We also wish to acknowledge the passing of the mother of Mrs. Kateisha Daniels, who also lives on Sparkleberry Blvd. May you find comfort and strength during this difficult time.

Updates Around the Community:

New Marquee on Peachtree: After much anticipation, the new marquee has been completed! While there are still some features to be added, we’re excited for the improvements it brings to our neighborhood.

Safety Reminder – Speed Limits: Please be mindful to adhere to the neighborhood speed limits. Children are often playing, and walkers and runners enjoy using our streets. Let’s prioritize safety for everyone.

Dogs in the Community: This has been a recurring concern. Pet owners, please ensure your dogs are on a leash when walking and securely contained in your yard to avoid them running out and chasing neighbors. Instances of loose dogs have been reported, particularly at the entrance of Sparkleberry Blvd. and Sparkleberry South. We are taking proactive measures, including notifying Animal Control and the Sheriff's Office when we hear of loose dogs chasing people. We love our pets, but let’s keep them safe and respectful of our neighbors.

Security Awareness Month: As warmer weather approaches, law enforcement advises us to be vigilant. Violent crime tends to increase during this time, so please stay observant of unusual activity, people, vehicles, odd sounds, and packages. Let’s keep our families and community safe by watching out for one another.

Upcoming Events: The Hospitality Committee has several exciting events planned. Join us to promote harmony and connect with our neighborhood.

Thank you for being a valued part of this community. Together, we can continue making it a safe and welcoming place for all!

 Respectfully submitted,

Jackie Johnson,

MFHOA Board President
