Greetings to the Magnolia Forest Community!
The 2024 Annual Meeting of the Magnolia Forest Community will be held on Thursday - December 5, 2024 at 7pm at the Gadsden County Senior Citizens Center located at 79 LaSalle Le Fall Dr., Quincy, FL 32351.
The annual meeting is held to conduct business that impacts the entire Magnolia Forest community. However, this meeting will also provide owners the opportunity to voice their concerns or issues.
Notice of the annual meeting has been sent to all members via email or by the USPS. The agenda will be be presented at the meeting. Members have the right to vote in person or by proxy, if the owner is current on their HOA dues or any other fees owed to the Association. Only one vote per lot is permitted.
