The deadline for the 2025 MFHOA dues has been extended to April 30, 2025 due to the delay in receiving the HOA invoices for the 2025 fiscal year.
The Magnolia Forest Homeowners Association (MFHOA) has received several inquiries regarding invoices and payment of the 2025 HOA dues. The HOA was hoping that you would have received your invoice at the end of December so that you had from January 1st - March 31st to pay your 2025 dues. Because the invoices have not gone out as of yet, the dues deadline will be extended until April 30, 2025.
For those of you that paid your HOA dues online last year, you can log into your Centennial Bank online account to pay your 2025 dues. The dues amount for the 2025 fiscal year is $375 for properties with a house, or a house under construction, and $275 for property owners. (These are the same amounts that were assessed during the 2024 fiscal year.) The Posting ID information needed to pay your dues is the same as last year and should automatically populate once you log into your online Centennial MFHOA account..
