The MFHOA Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) authorize the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to review and approve all external improvements erected, placed, planted, altered, or otherwise maintained on any property within the subdivision. The Architectural Control Committee is comprised of 7 members, who are appointed by the Board of Directors, and who report to the Board. At least 4 committee members must agree in order for approval of a proposal or addition to be granted. The CC&Rs are available for viewing on this website. If an improvement is being requested, please complete the appropriate Architectural Request Form 9new Construction or post Construction) and submit it to the ACC by email or USPS.
